  • Therapy with me is collaborative, trauma-informed, and deeply attuned to your lived experience. I work with individuals, couples, and polycules to create a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported as you explore growth and healing.

What sets my practice apart is my integrative use of somatic, relational, and evidence-based trauma therapies. I draw from multiple approaches and tailor them based on your unique needs, goals, and preferences.

I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. Somatic Experiencing™ (SE) is a body-based approach to healing trauma, stress, and nervous system overwhelm. It works by helping you reconnect with physical sensations, build awareness of your internal cues, and gently release stored tension. This method is especially supportive for people who feel stuck in fight, flight, or freeze responses, and for those who have tried talk therapy but still feel dysregulated. Clients often describe SE as empowering, grounding, and transformative.

I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a structured and effective therapy for resolving trauma and reducing emotional distress. EMDR can help reprocess painful memories and support lasting shifts in how you feel and respond. I have completed multiple EMDR-related trainings and, when clinically appropriate, I can integrate EMDR techniques into couples therapy as well — especially when shared trauma or past wounds are impacting the relationship.

For those navigating relationship challenges, I bring training from the Couples Therapy Training and Education Program (CTTEP) at the William Alanson White Institute. I offer affirming support for all kinds of relationships, including non-monogamous, queer, and neurodiverse partnerships. My work is rooted in fostering deeper understanding, safety, and emotional connection.

In every session, I bring curiosity, compassion, and a commitment to creating space for your full self to be honored.

Let’s find what works best for you —together.

  • At this time, I accept Aetna, Cigna, BCBS, and Carelon Behavioral Health and Optum insurance. If you have a different provider, I can still support you as an out-of-network therapist.

    Here’s how that works:

    1. You pay for each session upfront.

    2. I’ll provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company.

    3. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may receive partial reimbursement based on your coverage.

I recommend checking with your insurance provider to confirm your out-of-network mental health benefits. I'm happy to answer questions or help guide you through the process.
